Correct Billing for Debridement of Eczematous Weepy Skin-RT Ankle

I have a patient who has eczematous weepy skin right ankle.I used moist debridement and applied cream.The area is about 6 x 2 cm.How is this billed?

The CPT for eczematous skin debridement for. 12 square centimeter section of skin would be CPT 11000. Based on the limited description for weeping eczema, the ICD-10 code that should be billed is L30.9 for unspecified dermatitis. The ointment used on the skin is inclusive in the payment for the procedure and cannot be billed separately. There is no separate CPT code for the application of the ointment after the eczematous skin was debrided.
