Ohio Representative Troy Balderson was one of four Congressional Representatives to take a lead role in the introduction of the Medicare Beneficiary Copay Fairness Act. This piece of legislation would reduce beneficiary costs by putting a cap on the maximum Medicare copayment that matches the inpatient deductible for the same procedure performed in an ASC.
