Rhoda is the CEO/CFO of Coshocton Grain Company/Coshocton Soy Processing. She began her career there 38 years ago. She has been instrumental in the growth of the company with the elevator in Coshocton and the recently built bean processing plant and the addition of a container loader facility in Hebron, Ohio. Previously she directed the expansion of a truck house into a 90 car rail loading facility in eastern Illinois. She has also served on several OABA committees over the years, most recently on the OABA Ed Trust board.
Rhoda was born and raised in Ohio. Her family includes her husband Ron, two daughters, a son-in-law, and a granddaughter. She attends Chili Crossroads Bible Church. She currently serves on the Our Town Coshocton board and the Montgomery Foundation board.
