Description: In times of change and uncertainty, effective communication is more important than ever. This session will explore how public-sector communications have evolved over the past five years and the challenges facing today’s communicators. Aligned with the convention theme, Possibility in the Pivot, participants will learn practical strategies for developing clear, consistent messages that build trust and help boards, leaders, employees, and communities navigate change.
This is a remote session that will take place via Zoom. Meeting details will be emailed directly to registrants. All participants must register independently and attend the session live in order to be marked present and receive applicable CPDUs.
