Description: Explore what’s new in the TCM Guidebook and what the updates mean for SSAs in their day-to-day work. This practical session will connect the broader purpose of service and administrative tracking with updated guidance, useful tools, and real-world examples. Participants will learn how to apply the guidebook in practice while supporting quality, compliance, and meaningful outcomes for the people they serve.

This is a remote session that will take place via Zoom. Meeting details will be emailed directly to registrants. All participants must register independently and attend the session live in order to be marked present and receive applicable CPDUs.
