Description: Compassion fatigue is not the same as burnout—and addressing it requires more than telling staff to practice self-care. This interactive session will explore individual and workplace factors that contribute to compassion fatigue and what leaders can do to help. Participants will learn practical strategies for recognizing warning signs, having supportive conversations, strengthening protective factors, and creating a workplace culture that supports both meaningful work and employee well-being.
This is a remote session that will take place via Zoom. Meeting details will be emailed directly to registrants. All participants must register independently and attend the session live in order to be marked present and receive applicable CPDUs.
