Lauren Conrath is the Marketing and Events Coordinator, where she manages the logistics for the association’s virtual and in-person professional development events. In this role, she helps ensure trainings, conferences, and other learning opportunities run smoothly for county board staff and professionals across Ohio.
Lauren joined the association in February 2023 and brings a background in hospitality and event management. Before her current role, she served as Director of Operations for a multi-use creative space that included artist studios, several event venues, and a restaurant, where she oversaw event coordination and day-to-day operations.
Her work focuses on event coordination, training support, and professional development programming.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys creative pursuits and she also holds a degree in sculpture.
