William “Bill” Green serves as the Region 6 Superintendent Trustee and is also the Superintendent of the Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities, where he leads efforts to provide inclusive, high-quality services and supports to nearly 5,000 people with developmental disabilities.
Bill has worked across multiple sectors within the DD system, including private provider agencies, developmental centers, and county boards. His diverse experience gives him a strong systems-level perspective and a deep commitment to collaboration, innovation, and equitable access to services across Ohio. He is especially passionate about fostering relationships and strengthening social connections for individuals served.
As an OACB Trustee, Bill is motivated by a desire to strengthen the county board system statewide and ensure greater equity and consistency from county to county. He is committed to representing the perspective of Northeast Ohio while advancing sustainable, high-quality supports across the state.
