Nate Kamban, Superintendent of the Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities, serves as OACB’s Region 5 Representative. He has led Tuscarawas DD since 2017 and brings experience in community engagement, strategic leadership, and system improvement.
Nate’s passion for supporting people with developmental disabilities began during his time working in Africa, where he partnered with nonprofit organizations to promote awareness and inclusion in underserved communities. That experience continues to shape his commitment to person-centered supports and community-based services.
He is focused on strengthening partnerships, expanding opportunities, and advancing inclusive practices across Ohio’s DD system. Nate lives in Tuscarawas County with his wife and their five children.
