Nancy Foglesong

Region 1 Representative (Morrow DD)

Nancy Foglesong, Superintendent of the Morrow County Board of Developmental Disabilities, serves as OACB’s Region 1 Representative. She has worked in the DD field since 2001, first as a business manager and now as superintendent, bringing extensive experience in both operations and fiscal leadership.

Nancy is passionate about empowering people with developmental disabilities to advocate for themselves and achieve a higher quality of life. Her areas of focus include advocacy, accessibility, inclusive communities, and early intervention.

As a trustee, she values bringing a small-county perspective and contributing to sound, sustainable decision-making for Ohio’s DD system. Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, including her three sons and five grandchildren, as well as traveling, cycling, and gardening.
