Virtual Live-Streamed Webinar
The 3-day Advanced OVI Seminar the OACDL hosts with DUIDLA is being postponed until summer.
For those attorneys accepting OVI court-appointed cases: OAC 120-1-10(C), for misdemeanor OVIs, and OAC 120-1-10(D)(2), for felony OVIs, both require an attorney to have completed, within the last two years, six hours of CLE focused on OVI practice/procedure. I’d also note there is a general requirement for felony cases to have twelve hours of CLE in criminal practice/procedure. If you take an OVI felony case – then six of those twelve hours need to be specific to OVI.
Not to worry! OACDL is hosting a 6-hour webinar on Friday, March.
