OACDL Opposition to ABA Resolution 114

On August 12, 2019, the ABA House of Delegates will consider ABA Resolution 114 which proposes to redefine consent in sexual assault cases.  The NACDL and the OACDL are opposing this Resolution and urge their members to let their respective ABA State Delegates know of their opposition to this resolution.  Attached is the NACDL position statement and the OACDL position statement for your review.
