Special Membership Meeting and Special Board Meeting
President Joe Hada is calling a Special Membership Meeting and a Special Board Meeting for Friday, July 12, 2024 at 12:15PM. The purpose of the special membership meeting is to consider adopting newly created bylaws (attached to this email). Additionally, a brief summary of the bylaw changes is also attached.
At the conclusion of the special membership meeting, if the new bylaws are adopted, a special board meeting will occur. At the board meeting, the Board will be asked to formally adopt guidelines on listserv moderation, plus to discuss the newly-constituted awards committee to get that committee up and running.
