On May 20th, the Governor's Office issued a partial rescission of the April 30th Stay Safe Ohio Order and issued an Ohioans Protecting Ohioans Urgent Health Advisory.
The Partial Rescission affects three portions of the April 30th Order:
Significantly for businesses operating in the state, the Partial Rescission does not affect portions of the April 30th Order which require face masks for employees, social distancing, hand sanitizer, and practices related to cleaning high-touch areas.
