As we enter the start of spring, we are beginning to see signs of warmer weather and outdoor activities. The change in season also provides a good time to review and tidy up your workplace safety practices as well as reviewing your workers' compensation management. With that in mind, OADA has scheduled our annual seminar series, featuring KPA. In this series, we will be reviewing the best practices for workplace safety, addressing the best ways to navigate the Ohio Workers' Compensation system, and what makes the OADA Workers' Compensation Program successful.
Safety Seminar - Featuring KPA
OADA is pleased to welcome KPA, our endorsed partner for Environmental, Health, and Safety solutions, to present our annual safety training component to our audience. This safety seminar will provide you with two hours of safety training that you may need if you have had a workers' compensation claim between July 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023 (the "green" year). Return to Work
In this session, our OADA Account Representative and Program Director, Kirsten Gibson, will briefly discuss effective return to work programs that dealers need to keep in mind when managing workers' compensation at the dealership. The benefits of return to work include:

The Details
Registration fee is $60 per person. The seminar is scheduled in April, with locations in Akron, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Toledo. Registration and a continental breakfast at each location will begin at 8:30 am, with the program beginning at 9:00, and concluding at noon.
