The Washington Local School District was the recipient recently of a 4-pack of Little Anne CPR manikins, donated by the NADA Charitable Foundation in conjunction with the Ohio Auto Dealers Association and Grogan’s Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram.  The presentation was made at the Grogans Towne dealership.  Marie Kraus (pictured above) accepted the donation from Denny Amrhein (Grogans Towne dealer principal) and Zach Doran (Ohio Auto Dealers Assoc).  With the cutbacks that many school districts have experienced, Marie was extremely grateful to be the recipient of this grant from the NADA Charitable Foundation and Grogans Towne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.  “These manikins are expensive and without people like Denny, OADA and NADA, we wouldn’t be able to afford them,” she mentioned.  “Many people will now get CPR training who otherwise wouldn’t have thanks to this generosity.”

OADA through the NADA Charitable Foundation has been involved with member dealers in CPR equipment donation for over ten years now.  The organization has donated hundreds of these manikins across the state to worthy groups through member dealers in order to train more people and help save lives.

For more information on how your dealership can donate a CPR training unit or how an organization can become a recipient to receive a unit through a member dealer, contact Zach Doran at the Ohio Auto Dealers Association at 614-923-2234 or zdoran@oada.com.
