Dementia, caregiving, home- and community-based services, aging policy
I teach foundational courses in gerontology for undergraduate students (Aging in American Society) and graduate students (Current Perspectives in Gerontology), and courses on aging policy (Health and Retirement Policy). I also supervise independent studies.
I have 20 years of Federal and non-profit experience and expertise in aging and disability programs and policies. I am the Director of the Ohio Long-Term Care Research Project, and I conduct and support gerontological research and program evaluations. I also provide technical assistance for evaluation and delivery of evidence-based programs.
