Exhibit at the 2027 OAGE Annual Conference

The OAGE Annual Conference brings together professionals, researchers, educators, and leaders from across Ohio and beyond who are committed to advancing the field of aging. Exhibiting at the conference offers a unique opportunity to connect with attendees, showcase your organization’s work, and build meaningful partnerships within the aging services community.

What’s Included with Your Exhibit Space

Each exhibit space includes:

  • One 8’ table (draping not provided)

  • Two chairs

  • Company identification sign

  • Invitation to the President’s Welcome Reception

  • Access to general Wi‑Fi

  • Listing in the official conference program

Each exhibitor may have up to two (2) representatives included with their exhibit table. Organizations may register up to two additional representatives for a fee of $50 per person

 

Exhibitor Fee

The cost to exhibit at the 2027 OAGE Annual Conference is $1,000.

Your participation helps support high‑quality programming and provides valuable visibility for your organization among professionals dedicated to improving the lives of older adults.
