25th Annual Legislative Reception RECAP
The 25th Annual OAIMA Legislative Reception was held last week in the Historic Ohio Statehouse Rotunda. This event celebrated not only our 25th anniversary of this important event, but also the 250th birthday of U.S.A. Challenge coins were given to all those in attendance to commemorate these important milestones. It was a very busy night at the statehouse and turnout by legislators, regulators and OAIMA members was overwhelming. Thank you to everyone who supported this amazing event. Issues discussed included: the importance of the passage of Senate Bill 181, aggregate supplies and limiting factors, permitting and highway and infrastructure funding.
This event is always a favorite of the members of the Ohio General Assembly and is critical to advancing the needs of OAIMA members. If you couldn’t attend this year, we hope to see you in 2027!
