Victoria Gresh is the Executive Director at OALA. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies and minors in History and German from Ohio Wesleyan University. Victoria is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a distinction held by only 5% of executive directors in the country.
Following her tenure in the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate, Victoria began her career in association management with the Ohio Association of School Business Officials, followed by the Builders Exchange of Central, the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes, and most recently the Ohio Physical Therapy Association. Her passion for advancing healthcare professionals is evident through her advocacy roles in initiating and implementing healthcare licensure compacts in Ohio; focusing on scope of practice issues; and advancing professional development via structured continuing education programming. She is past president of the Ohio Society of Association Executives and the APTA Council of Component Executives.
Outside of work, Victoria currently serves as Director on the Ohio Wesleyan University Alumni Board of Directors, and a mentor and program coordinator on the Women of Ohio Wesleyan (WOW) series. She enjoys reading, running, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
