Nattishia Orr

I have been in geriatric nursing for over 13 years, and I have had the privilege of working with residents with various diagnoses, including dementia. I have had the pleasure of being in a nursing leadership position for over five years and have helped maximize the care provided to residents of our community and maintain a nursing team, (nurses and caregivers), with employees displaying longevity in employment. I represent my current community, Hamlet at Chagrin Falls in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, as the Health and Wellness Director/Director of Nursing, which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Memory Care/Special Care Unit. I have accomplished many certifications as a nurse, including but not limited to wound certification, a member of the OALA educational committee, a mentor for other Health and Wellness Directors within the Greenbrier Senior Living group, and a part of the Advisory Board with Greenbrier Senior Living group and part of the educational committee with the Ohio Assisted Living Association. I have received multiple awards as a nurse leader, including, Women of Distinction in 2025 and the Greenbrier Nursing Leadership award. Currently, I am working on my CEAL certification and obtaining a higher degree in nursing.
