Bio: Ron is an accomplished healthcare executive and licensed Physical Therapist with more than three decades of experience in rehabilitation services, clinical leadership, and operational strategy. With his expertise in clinical practice, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership, Ron brings a comprehensive, results-driven perspective to rehabilitation services and healthcare operations.
Currently serving as Senior Regional Director at Fox Rehabilitation, Ron oversees multiple regions, including Ohio and nine other states throughout the Midwest. Throughout a long-standing career at Fox Rehabilitation, Ron has been instrumental in setting strategic goals and building high-performing, engaged clinical teams. evaluating market trends, program development, and implementation of that programming. With that experience, he understands the importance of wellness and wellness programs for the older adult.
Prior to Fox Rehabilitation, Ron was the owner and operator of Delaware County Rehab, a multi-site rehabilitation company serving home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. As founder, Ron successfully managed day-to-day operations, grew and retained a large clinical workforce, and, after twelve years, led the organization through a successful acquisition before bringing his experience to Fox Rehab.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and a bachelor's degree in biology from St. Thomas University.
