Registration Opens for OAMES Spring Medicaid Training Webinars

Despite bitter cold temperatures and a new blast of snow and ice, spring is just 32 days away!  And spring in Ohio means OAMES Medicaid training programs are here!  In lieu of the day-long, bi-annual seminars that OAMES has hosted for years in Columbus, we’ll again be holding the programs as webinars for the convenience and safety of our members as the public health emergency continues.

• Agenda: This webinar will provide an update on HME rules and CMNs/schedules, summary of key changes, filing status, and timeline for implementation.  We’ll also discuss the latest on agency changes including managed care procurement status, Fiscal Intermediary changes (MITS/PNM, credentialing etc.) and offer time for Q&As. 

Managed Care Webinar:  Wednesday, March 31, 10:00 – 11:00 am

• Presenters:Ed Ortopan (ODM Provider Relations), John Reed, OAMES Past President/State Policy Chair and Kam Yuricich, OAMES Executive Director
• Agenda: This program will focus on managed care topics sharing ODM resources and offering guidance on billing and claims resolution with the Medicaid managed care plans.
