OAMES is pleased to announce that we will once again be hosting two Medicaid Training Seminars in 2016 in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Medicaid and Ohio Association of Health Plans. The spring meeting will be held on March 16 and the fall seminar is Sept. 22. Both events will be held at the Quest Business Center in Columbus.
These programs have a long history of success and are a keystone to OAMES educational outreach on behalf of HME companies. It’s one of the most popular member services we offer! Evaluations continue to be very supportive and these forums provide a great training and networking benefit for HME staff, ODM personnel and managed care plan representatives which strengthens are relations to better serve Ohio’s Medicaid consumers.
We are interested in your feedback on topics, questions and problems you are experiencing with either Medicaid fee-for-service and managed care issues today. We’ll be reviewing the changes in prior authorization requirements, provide an updated on proposed rule changes for the wheelchair policy and other developing issues but we’d like to hear from you and your staff.
