Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 5160.34, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM)-created a web page to consolidate links to all Medicaid prior authorization requirements. The links provide training tools and access to various resources available through ODM and all six Managed Care/MyCare Ohio plans.
