OAMES Needs to be Represented in September

In late September, the HME community will convene online to advocate for sustainable, market-based Medicare reimbursement rates and other policy priorities for our industry. You have been on the frontlines of the pandemic, offering essential services to patients and helping lessen the stresses on hospitals and clinicians. Now it’s time to make sure Capitol Hill is aware of the contributions and the need to invest in HME and quality home-based care!

Join members of OAMES at the first-ever Virtual Washington Legislative Conference, hosted by AAHomecare, on September 29. A robust turnout will help us show Congress that we need meaningful increases for Medicare reimbursement rates and that we are ready to work with them to strengthen our ability to meet the growing homecare demand.

Our association, along with HME advocates from across the county, will meet with members of Congress and staff throughout the day on September 29, from 9:00am to 5:30pm ET.  AAHomecare will also host a one-hour online session offering issue education and advocacy training on September 22.

Register today and help us keep HME issues front and center in Washington.

Please note: By registering for the Virtual Washington Legislative Conference as soon as possible, you’ll help AAHomecare secure the strongest slate of meetings.
