Deadline Approaching for Speaker Submissions to Medtrade; Applications Due July 5

 

Medtrade, in collaboration with the Educational Advisory Board (EAB), has opened its Call for Speakers for the 2025 Medtrade Conference that will be held February 18-20, 2025, in Dallas, TX. 

Medtrade, the largest home medical equipment trade show and conference in the US, has been connecting the HME industry since 1979, originally launched as the National Home Healthcare Exhibition. Medtrade attracts thousands of HME providers seeking everything from basics to advances in mobility, respiratory, sleep, rehab, and daily living aids. It offers the largest annual sourcing opportunity for home medical equipment, bringing together hundreds of manufacturers and thousands of providers to meet the growing demand in an ever-changing environment.

The Medtrade educational program covers a wide range of topics, from innovations to leadership and daily operations for the home medical equipment, complex rehabilitation industry and manufacturer partners. A full list of the 2025 Conference tracks and topics can be found here. 

We hope you see a track and suggested topic that piques your interest and that you can provide your expertise in.

What are we looking for?

Medtrade is committed to delivering attendees with original, quality content and topics built around clinical expertise, as well as the most up-to-date data, trends, technologies, and effective strategies to address challenges and leverage new growth opportunities in the industry.

Proposals that will really impress and grab our attention are:

• New and presented for the first time at Medtrade 2025. No recycled or outdated content will be accepted.
• A diverse perspective and voice within the Conference program that will inspire and educate attendees.
• Interactive discussions, panel sessions, and real-world hands-on training and experiences that actively engage attendees.
• Peer learning from presenters who are also Providers willing to share their personal stories and knowledge.
• Education that captures advanced learning levels, as well as beginner/introductory and intermediate concepts and practices.
• Focused on the “how-to” of relevant and timely industry topics.
