CMS has announced the list of 799 contract suppliers in the 91 competitive bid areas for Round 2 of competitive bidding. Please take the time to review the list of suppliers in your bidding area and report any instances of out-of-state providers that won contracts, or providers that you know do not currently provide the contracted item for which they were awarded a contract.
OAMES is working with VGM and AAHomecare to gather information on bid "winners" to create a list to take to your Congressional representatives to highlight the flaws in the current bid system and the need to reform it before it is too late.
