Effective March 24, 2008, Ohio now requires a criminal record check for all initial and restored PA licenses.
It is the responsibility of the PA to submit their fingerprints for a criminal records check to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and the FBI.
Ohio residents are required to utilize a "National WebCheck" vendor to do this.
