PA Week 2026: Meet an Ohio PA - Alex Cook, PA-C

PA Week Profile of the Day: Alex Cook, PA-C
Alex Cook, PA-C, of Maineville, Ohio, has been a PA for 27 years, graduating from Kettering College in 1999 with a PA certificate before completing a distance-based master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
He currently serves as Director of Advanced Practice with US Acute Care Solutions, where he coaches, guides, and mentors Lead APPs across 27 sites in Ohio and Virginia.
Alex finds the greatest reward in caring for emergency department patients on what may be the worst day of their lives, helping them navigate a complex healthcare system and move toward the appropriate next step in their care.
His plans for PA Week? Delivering cookies to his local site.
