Registration Fees determined & provided by District:

• District Member Fee: $70
• District Non-Member Fee: $70
  • Above fee includes Dinner & Drink Ticket
  • You are responsible for payment of ALL reservations made, whether you attend or are a no show
• Annual Dues are DUE
  • Funeral Home: $30
  • Funeral Director Only: $15

The Schedule:

• Registration: 3:30 PM
• OFDA Program - Look on the Right Side: 4:00 - 6:00 PM
• Dinner served at 6:00 PM

CE Information:

• • 2 CE Hours, includes:
    • 0.5 Hour, Ethics
    • 1.0 Hour, Laws & Rules
    • 0.5 Hour, Preneed
  • Approved with the State of Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors

Venue Location:

The program will be located at the Maggiano's Little Italy located at 7875 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236 (Kenwood Mall).
