Summary:
This two-hour course, presented by OFDA General Counsel, David Ingram consists of an in-depth examination of Ohio’s cremation laws and regulations.
Objectives:
This course provides attendees with an overview of Ohio’s cremation regulations and recent changes with the goal of promoting compliance in an area with the most exposure to liability – civil, criminal, and administrative.
