Registration Opening Tomorrow, October 8!

Registration opens tomorrow for the 2026 OHLA Annual Conference & Gala, November 23–24 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus!

This year’s theme, “Navigating the Horizon: Shaping Tomorrow Together,” is all about looking ahead, sharing ideas, and bringing the Ohio lodging industry together. Across two days, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, catch up with colleagues, and discover what’s next for hospitality.

We’re especially excited to welcome keynote speaker James Robilotta, CSP, for “Choosing to Care: How Curiosity Creates Community.” With his mix of humor, real-world experience, and leadership insights, James will explore how curiosity can help strengthen connections, build better teams, and create a more engaged workplace.

The conference will also feature breakout sessions, the Allied Network Tradeshow, and plenty of time to connect with fellow industry professionals. Monday evening brings the Ohio Stars of the Industry Gala Dinner, where we’ll celebrate the people and teams who make Ohio hospitality shine, followed by the Monday Night Cap. Tuesday wraps up with more breakout sessions, the OHLA Annual Business Meeting, and the conference finale and luncheon.
