OHOS Annual Fall Meeting

We are excited to announce the OHOS Annual Fall Meeting, taking place on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Quest Conference Center located on the north side of Columbus.

This pivotal event will focus on equipping our members with the knowledge and strategies needed to navigate the upcoming changes in 2026, ensuring we continue to safeguard access to high-quality cancer care for patients across Ohio.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS - More Than a Meeting

This year's program is packed with timely, high-impact content designed to inform, connect, and prepare us for what lies ahead - because this is more than just a meeting.

Comprehensive Agenda: We’ll kick off the day with Dr. Robin Zon, Immediate Past President of ASCO, presenting on the delivery of quality cancer care. She’ll be followed by Gina Hoxie, ASCO’s Director of Payment Access and Regulatory Affairs, who will review the anticipated 2026 Medicare changes based on the Final Rules. We’ve also invited representatives from the Ohio Department of Insurance, Anthem, Aetna, Ohio Medicaid, and the PAN Foundation to help prepare us for what’s ahead in 2026.

Speed Networking with Pharma: Back by popular demand, this dynamic session gives attendees the chance to connect directly with corporate sponsors, hear product updates, and gain valuable insights into evolving patient access programs.
