“I couldn’t have survived this without my fellow directors.” This quote from an OJFSDA member speaks volumes about the responsibility CDJFS Directors carry and the great potential that comes from connecting with your peers. We’ve heard repeatedly that directors need more time with other directors – to share information and build the support networks that lead to resilience. In honor of that need, we have planned a directors-only event that we hope will begin a tradition of building stronger bonds between members.
On Thursday, December 14th (the day before our General Session on December 15th) all CDJFS Directors are invited to join us for a presentation by Scioto County Director Tammy Moore-Morton on the True Colors Personality System.

Audience: CDJFS Directors
What: True Colors Peer Connection Event (reception to follow)
When: December 14, 2023 from 1:30 to 4:30 PM
Where: Meet at the Nationwide Conference Center. We will take a shuttle over to the Highbanks Metro Park Nature Center (across the street).
After: President’s Reception in the Edgewater Room at Nationwide (back of the Ohio Dining Room) from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. The shuttle will bring you back for the reception where we will have drinks and hors d'oeuvres. A buffet dinner will follow.
