Times Leader Media Group is seeking an audience development leader to launch and grow digital and print brands across a variety of platforms, finding new and creative ways to bring the local news to the communities we serve. The director will be responsible for strategizing the growth of new and existing products, using traditional media aligned with organic and paid tactics to extend the reach of our brands. In addition, the director will oversee our circulation operation. A successful candidate will have a sales & marketing background, strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for creatively leveraging data to meet campaign objectives. Circulation experience is helpful but not necessary.
