Partnership with The Ohio Amblyope Registry

Did you know that Save Our Sight grant recipient, the Ohio Amblyope Registry, provides:  

• Free eye patches with children diagnosed with amblyopia.  
• Education, compliance information & support.  
• Free registration for any child that lives in Ohio up to 18 years old.
