Pharmacy Technician Education Program - August 10

The Summer Pharmacy Technician Education Seminar is a great way to earn up to 7 contact hours of continuing education credit, including 1 hour of pharmacy law and 1 hour of patient safety. The full day seminar will be held on Wednesday, August 10 at the Makoy Center in Hilliard. The program is presented by the Ohio Pharmacists Foundation (OPF). The purpose of this seminar is to provide educational opportunities to specifically meet the needs of Ohio’s pharmacy technicians. In addition to pharmacy law and patient safety, clinical topics on asthma vs COPD, heroin and fentanyl abuse, cholesterol management, and a new drug update will be presented. This is a great opportunity to learn about the most recent information and network with other pharmacy technicians from across the state.
