Earn free money for OPPF when you shop at Kroger

It's time for the annual re-enrollment if you enrolled previously

Do you shop at a Kroger store in the Columbus area?

OPPA members (family members, friends, etc.) can earn FREE money for the Ohio Psychiatric Physicians Foundation by shopping at any Columbus area Kroger. It’s very simple! All you need to do is register your Kroger Plus card and every time you shop, OPPF will be rewarded!

Initial enrollment

Here’s how to link your Kroger Plus card to OPPF

1. Simply go to: www.krogercommunityrewards.com
2. Click on “Sign In or Register”
3. Fill out information with an * which is the store where you usually shop, your e-mail address and a password. Now click “Confirm”
4. “Confirm” the account information and then check your e-mail for a note from Kroger. Follow the instructions to activate your account.
5. Log-in and click on My Account, and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
6. Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and Go to http://www.krogercommunityrewards.com
7. Input your Kroger Plus card #. Update or confirm your information.
8. Enter Ohio Psychiatric Physicians Foundation NPO#76017 or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm.

To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page. Do you use your phone number at the register? Call 877-576-7587 to get your Kroger Plus card number and make sure to register your card online.

 

Annual re-enrollment

It's time to re-enroll for the new year of Kroger Community Rewards. Current participants need to re-enroll in the month of April in order to continue contributing to the Ohio Psychiatric Physicians Foundation (OPPF) through the May 1st 2015 to April 30th 2016 year. 

To re-enroll your card, simply:

1. Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com
2. Click “sign-in”
3. Put in your email address and password that was used to enroll your card.
4. Enter Ohio Psychiatric Physicians Foundation NPO#76017 or name of organization, select organization from list and click on confirm.
5. Click Enroll. You are now enrolled for the May 1st 2015 to April 30th 2016 year of Kroger Community Rewards.

If it’s the first time you are registering, you will need to follow the instructions up above under "Initial enrollment."
