The American Psychiatric Foundation (apf) is accepting applications for its 2015 helping hands grant program. This program awards medical school grants of up to $5,000 for mental health and substance use disorder projects that are created and managed by medical students. These projects can be conducted in partnership with community agencies or in conjunction with ongoing medical school outreach activities. Applications must be postmarked by June 8.
