On Tues., Jan. 31, the OPPA will be sending an e-mail to all voting members, for whom we have a valid e-mail address, with a link to SurveyMonkey so members can vote to elect leaders of the OPPA as well as to vote on a proposed amendment to the bylaws.
The electronic ballot has been designed so that members can vote only once and responses are anonymous. Electronic voting will close at midnight on Feb. 24, 2017.
Voting members without an e-mail address on file will be mailed one ballot and an official return envelope, which must be returned and postmarked no later than Feb. 24, 2017
Any member with an e-mail address who prefers to vote via a paper ballot must contact the OPPA office to make this request.
The Tellers Committee shall validate the authenticity of each mailed in ballot as well as votes cast electronically.
