The Ohio Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative held its fall collaborative conference in Columbus on Nov. 30. Executive director, Janet Shaw, represented the OPPA, which covered national and state patient-centered medical home activities, local patient-centered medical home activities and information about OPCPCC learning centers.
