Problems with Anthem and new CPT codes?

If you have had any problems with Anthem's implementation of or payment on the new CPT codes please immediately e mail CPTParityabuses@psych.org  the following:

• Your name
• Brief description of the problem
• EOB sans patient identifying information which shows the problem

In the subject line please include -- OHIO ANTHEM

The APA is in the process of speaking with Anthem about these problems and hope to resolve them quickly; however if members do not provide information and examples, efforts by the APA to assist will be limited.
