Position Description:

This position is responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day activities within the Nursing Department.

Duties:

Functions of the position include:

Supervision of Nursing personal.
Scheduling coverage of nursing personnel.
Development and delivery of Individual’s medical/nursing Individual Plans (IP’s) in accordance with applicable rules, policies, and procedures.
Provides direct nursing services as required due to call offs, etc.
Communicates extensively with families, guardians, residential staff, residential managers, professional providers, and day providers in order to coordinate the Individual’s medical needs.
Ability to travel within Lake County

Requirements & Preferences:

Educational Requirements:

LPN or RN Certification/Licensure: CPR, First Aid, LPN or RN License issued by the State of Ohio

Preferred Experience:

Long-term care and Developmental Disabilities experience

Compensation:

Salary starting at $52,456.00 - $60,324.00 with a $5,000.00 signing bonus
