Position Summary
- Provide assistance to departmental managers in areas of general administration and educational programming
- Oversee program registration, attendance check-in and reporting
- Provide backup for receptionist and main telephone system
- Assist in maintenance of web-based company events calendar, meeting room reservations, and other event planning as assigned
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Standard office equipment including copier, fax machine, multiple-line telephone system
Education Required
- High School Graduate minimum
- Advanced business education a plus
