Advocacy Update: Help Avert the Medicare Payment Cut!
OSMA Asking Congress to Avert Medicare Payment Cut —You Can Help!
OSMA joined numerous other national and state medical associations in sending a letter to Congress urging them to take immediate action to avert the pending 3.37% cut in the Medicare fee scheduled starting on Jan. 1 2024. Given the current increased cost to run a practice, continued reductions in the Medicare physician fee schedule is completely unsustainable. In addition to our direct advocacy efforts, we’re asking members to contact Congress to help fix Medicare now. We need everyone’s help to avert the cut.
