OSMA’s testimony to committee members focused primarily on prioritizing access to healthcare in the state, including praise for investments in public health and mental health services, and for additional funding allocated to the Ohio Physician Loan Repayment Program.
OSMA also advocated for an additional $10 million in funding to be amended into the budget in order to fund residency slots in primary care and psychiatry.
