At the end of last year, OSMA participated in a meeting with the CareSource provider relations team and several OSMA member practices. In addition to hearing relevant information from CareSource, practices were able to ask questions to the provider relations team about any challenges they were facing.
This meeting helped lead to some individual follow up with practices. After review of last year’s meeting, CareSource has announced a similar opportunity for OSMA practices in 2025—with the first meeting occurring on March 31. Details about how to connect to the meeting will be in OSMA member emails.
