Jeff is a project manager with 48 years of practical experience conducting survey operations for a variety of transportation projects. He is adept at maintaining budgets and managing staff and equipment resources to deliver efficient services according to project schedules. Jeff is no stranger to leveraging the forefront of technology; during his 31 years with ODOT District 1, he helped spearhead the first ODOT uses of Global Navigation Survey Systems technologies for daily use. A skilled communicator, Jeff also has a background in training and technical education support that makes him a successful leader and fosters clear, effective collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
