CareWorks is now Sedgwick
OWMA's Workers' Compensation Group Rating program administrator, CareWorks Comp, is now Sedgwick TPA . As Sedgwick TPA, our commitment to you and your members remains as strong as ever. With more than 3,000 colleagues in Ohio, backed by the global resources and expertise of Sedgwick, we have the best claims solutions to help your members mitigate risk and reduce costs.
Here is what WILL change:
- Name and Logo: You’ll see the Sedgwick name and logo on invoices, communication, and marketing materials, building signage and more.
- Website: Our website will redirect to Sedgwick.com/OhioTPA, where we’ll publish the same resources available on the current site.
- Legal entity and tax ID: Our legal entity name and tax ID will change to Sedgwick. A new W-9 can be found here for reference.
Here is what will NOT change:
- Address and phone numbers: Our existing office address and phone numbers will remain the same at this time.
- Servicing teams: We recognize that maintaining the relationships your group rating members have with their existing client service Account Executives and Claim Examiners is critical to their positive customer experience. Your members will continue to work with the same great team they’ve grown to know and trust.
- Our commitment to you: Our dedication to delivering superb quality, optimal outcomes and results you can see and feel remains steadfast.
